b16 crank into b18c1 motor

I spun a rod bearing, and if i can't find a gsr crank soon I was thinking about getttind a friend of mine's b16 crank. Will it work in a gsr block?

In short, no.

In long, yes, but it would need custom rods ($$$) and would drop the overall engine displacement to that of a B16A (1595cc) assuming a stock 81mm bore.
