Default Integra springs on a 5th gen hatch

I have some leftover springs from my JDM GSR brake swap, they're a 2in drop, I also have the GSR stock shocks.

What do we think would happen if I put them on my hatch? Do you think it'd still drop the full 2inches? would it handle at all?

I'm thinking the teg is a much heavier car... so they might not drop as much, and it might be a nice stiff spring...

I've heard stock ITR springs on a civic leave you riding about 3/4" to 1" high... So it'd probably drop you about 1-1.5". I don't see any handling problems... what kind of springs are they?

Half the aftermarket companies out there use the same spring rates for tegs and civics. Do it. I've got kyb's for tegs on my sol, and it works great. Don't have any worries about doing it.

Yeah all 6th gen/5th gen civic and 3rd gen teg springs are interchangeable. Just that the teggy springs and the 6th gen springs are a little heavier in some applications.

Sweet, thanks for the vote of confidence guys.

I'm going to put my bling-bling "jamex" brand springs on!

Also, do you think I would benefit from swapping on the integra shocks too? Would that be a cheapy way to get a stiffer shock?

Is this advisible?
