it depends on what you are going to use them for.


for road race, i'd recommend the Toda Spec B or C or the Spoon Sports cams.

for drag racing and street, i recommend the Skunk2 stage 2 or the JDM CTR/ITR cams.

Yes. "Best" is very subjective.

"Best" relies heavily on your applications.

now that i have that out of the way :chuckles: for daily driving and good mid range power for relatively cheap, itr/ctr cams and springs.

spoon is outrageously priced and don't deliver significant power gains to warrant that price. ctr cams are a good street cam with factory idle and reliability.

Crower will make you pretty much anything you want out of new cores.

What do you need them for? Do you need to pass emissions?

toda a, skunk2 stage 1, ctr.....they are all good street cams. with toda probably making more power than the others. i run ctr cams in my 2000 si with bolt ons. 158 whp and the power never peaked. i want a new ecu so that i can rev a little higher. should see another 5 or so.
