Default installed dx tranny onto ex engine = leaking

i bought a new oil seal for the driveaxles and it stopped those leaks...but its still leaking fluid.

the scenario is a 93 d16z6...and i just bolted on a dx tranny since my original ex tranny has gone bad.

the leak..as crazy as it sounds..seems like its coming from inside the housing

any ideas for possible leaking points?..im going to take off the clutch cover in a little bit and inspect inside

any replies would be appreciated

that would be your crank seal. you should of changed it. now you have to drop the tranny again.

I had an oil pan gasket leak and trickle down the clutch cover, looking like it was leaking from a breather hole, but it was really leaking from the oil pan gasket. That last sentence was straight from the department of the redundancy department. NEway, if you suspect this buy some 2+2 or Gum Cutter (same thing) and a rag, clean it up real good, and look for leaks again.

If it's inside the clutch cover, then Crucial is 100%.
