Default How do you disassemble EG headlight, the black bearing part?

Hey,

Couldn't find a proper DIY thread on the web regarding this issue, so when you heat up your EG headlights to disassemble the glass/plastic part from the headlight you need to remove the black plastic bearing part attached to the back of your headlight right?

How is that part removed?

there's no bearing on your headlights.

I heated my headlights in the oven on the lower rack on warm for about 10-15 minutes. And you have to gentley pry the glass off. You might have to lift up on the clips on certain generation headlights. If the glue gets hard again you have to throw the headlights back in again. Took me about 15 minutes each headlight.

When you put it back together make sure to use some extra sealant or you will get moisture in there.
