rod cap bolt torque specs

Any have a Helms they can look in really quick...

I need to know the how many ft/lbs I need to tighten the cap bolts on a set of 93 LS rods.

helms says 23 ft lbs. haynes says 30 Ft lbs. Which is right? I just torqued my rods to 30 last night.
