Default Loan out your Honda Pulley Tool?

(Repost from G2IC)
I'm looking to borrow a Honda (or similar) pulley tool. I really hate buying tools I'd only need once, but have figured that I need one.

So would anyone care to let me borrow it for a week? I'd pay shipping (USPS) both ways.

Anyone?

The best (and worst) things in life are free.

All they have are "Harmonic Balancer Pullers". I had the guy there look at it and he confirmed that it's the claw type.

So I'm still looking for a way to do this...

Trying to take off the crankshaft pulley bolt.

I had a huge streak of luck though, a company that makes them is giving me a "free sample" due to the lack of a current retailer in the area. So I figure I'll get it by Monday or Tuesday. :naughty:

The downside is I called the machine shop where the head is at: 6 bent exhaust, 3 bent intake.

I'm lovin' it.

With that kind of damage, I would just buy a new B18B. It'd be cheaper.

Not really... The machine work was $100. He has the intake valves already, I just had to buy the 6 exhaust valves. A local parts house has them for $12. The upside is the top end of the car will be nice and tight.

All considering, the car cost me $500, and the total amount of parts (+head work) is about $300.

So when all is said and done, I'll have a nice running/looking GS for a little over $800.

Next year I'm swapping in a B16. I've already got the buy-off from the fiance`.
