im thinking of a small atx with badass soundcard...preferably 5.1 w/ high voltage output...vid card with strong rca out...lots of mp3s and a stable os...everything wireless too i guess..

a few questions for those have tried or been thinking bout a project like this..

where to keep the mb? what kinda enclosure would b safe from static..vibration and heat?

when im not watching movies..5.1..the sound card will only use the front speakers...whats the best way to run my system running all speakers??

any shortcuts to turn on and off windows fast and safe?

get one of them there Micro ATX case/MB combo's by iWill... Win XP.... when not bloated with crap.... can start up in 30seconds or less.
