Default Integra bodykits/suspension....

I'm looking into getting a bodykit for my teg....however alot of the people that I know that have bodykits, always complain about it scraping all over sh*t (curbs, potholes, elevations in the road, etc.) My question is this.....I noticed that there are kits made from several different materials.......which material is the best as far as being scrape resistant ? Are there any other things that can be done to remedy "ground scraping"? How many inches would you guys recommend between the front bumper, and the ground ? How much of a drop would you guys recommend for a car with a kit installed ?

I would just get the Comptech ITR lip and leave it black. My friend has a WW RS lip in urethane on his Civic, unpainted. It looks good, and still looks good even if it gets scraped.

Not sure about lips for the G2. . .there might be some if you look long and hard. Scrape resistant. . .urethane is your best option. Its still going to scrape, but you dont have to worry about cracking it. Fiberglass is another story. Mine is slammed 3 inches in the front with a street fighter kit, not bad as long as you are very expereinced at driving a lowered car and have a very strong bumper. It occasionally scrapes the ground or "boxes" it, but as long as you are very careful, it is usually smooth sailing. Its the sacrifices you make for going big.

I don't like G2's with kits. Just get some 16's and drop it a coupla inches and it loooks money.
