Default Do 93 Civic f-brakes fit on a 90 Accord EX?

Howdy.. (BTW This is my first post to H-A.net!)
Okay so I have a 1990 Accord EX with destroyed front rotors and a destroyed 93 Civic with good f-brakes/rotors.
I would like to know if either of the below are possible:
1. Swap the whole Civic front brake assembly to the Accord
2. OR Just swap the rotors instead.

Is this a bolt-on situation or would there be some hard work involved?

Thanks y'all!

1) most likely no, far-fetched ideal is to try the entire civic knuckle onto the accord, but in any case, they are different bolt patterns = need for diff wheels, etc.
2) no
3) new accord rotors are fairly cheap
