Default whats the best kind of header for a teg

im ordering a bunch of stuff next and i want to know whats the best for my car. Im getting a greddy evo exhaust and some AEM power pulleys. But the problem is what kind of header...i was thinking that a greddy header would work but what other headers would work better...if its just as good then just say so, so that i can choose. thanks

How much are you willing to spend? The "best" is around a thousand dollars.

Integra LS? To tell you the truth, a header by itself on a B18b isn't going to make that huge of a difference; if you're just doing bolt-ons the greddy will work fine (I'm assuming 4-2-1). The $1000+ systems are intended for serious all-motor applications (which would result in your 2.25" Greddy Evo becoming somewhat of a bottleneck).

If you can get an Itegra Type-R header, they make the most power on a B18 (I have a '93 LS, with ITR headers, IM, pistons, cams, everything but the block and head) if you cant find an ITR header, get the DC 4-2-1, they give you the most bang for the buck.
