Red transparent paint

Hey ..u guys know where i can find some red transparent paint so that i can paint my stock 94 tails...i got some altezza lights on my car ryte now but kinda tired of that look....i tried pep boys, walmart, and home depot already....

Go to a hobby shop and pick up a can of Testors Transparent (?)enamel? I think that's what it's call.. get the red one..
