I'd say no more than 1.5", but that's just me.

A little off topic, but if you did the the H22A conversion yourself, how does the clutch hook up and the wiring? Which engine did you have before the conversion? Which brand of mounts did you use? Is it worth it, I guess would be the bottom line?

And for the lowering, get something adjustable like Teins. That is what I have in mind for the crappy roads here in Kansas and Missouri.

The clutch wouldn't be such a big deal--both cars have hydraulic pedals. The biggest issue is the shift linkage since the B-series cars have a solid linkage and the H-series cars have a cable linkage.

Anyway for the lowering, with the extra weight of the motor you're going to need some pretty stiff springs up front to support it. The Integra also has less suspension travel than an Accord or Prelude to begin with so you really don't want to eat too much of it up with lowering.

Like the other folks, I'd say an inch and a half should be your max. With the weight up front I would pay a lot of attention to spring rates and also use some really nice shocks. That is of course, if you want to maintain it as a nice-handling car which is still certainly possible if you set things up right.

depending on what size wheels you're riding on....no more than 1.5 on 14-15 inch wheels. if you have 16-17 in wheels...i'd say you could go with 1.5-2 inch drop. I scraped my 98 teg on almost everything with 14 inch wheels and a 1.5 inch drop, it settled another 1/4 inch. now i have 15 inch gsr wheels I don't usually scrape and anything but muffler...just keep that in mind.
