ITR has bigger brakes, i think 11" in front and 10" in the back.

ITR rear suspension is different than GSR. It uses a split lower control arm with an internal shock mount. It resists flex much better. Also ITR uses larger hubs and bearings - big advantage in longevity on the track.

Finally having 5 rather than 4 lugs is a strength thing as well.

If I were you I would decide what I wanted to do to make my car better in performance and not try to turn it into a Type R.

I think he is refering to the size and performance of the Type R 4 lug brakes. I think the 5 lug brakes are bigger, Atleast thats what i've heard. I personnally want to add the ITR 5 lug brake and suspension to my HB. The ITR brakes are more than enough for an Integra and especially a light weight civic hb. Most of the Auto X guys will tell you to just buy good pads and rotors for your ITR brakes and then spend the rest of your money on a good suspension set up. Thats my 2 cents I hope it helps you, Good Luck.
