Need Help! Koni Warranty!!!
hi. i need some new mounting hardware and koni is willing to replace it for free under warranty, but i lost my receipt! so if anoone has purchased them recently and have a receipt for it, please help me out and scan it into a picture for me so i can email them a copy of it.

yea, but it dosent matter whose receipt it is, just a receipt so they know i have the shocks. i unfortunately lost my copy so i cannot send one to them. i just need some mounting parts. if anyone can help me out... please

i warrantied struts from koni for my bro's car. you need a authorization too. they are really helpful. i gave them car registration to prove that i have the car for the specific koni strut. i had no probs getting brand new struts. =)

i dont need new struts, just some new mounting hardware for the top like the washers and plastic pieces because i broke some. i have a 94 honda accord so i have no problem with the registration verification. my shocks are fine, but i cant install them without the mounting hardware. can someone please help me out and just scan a copy of their receipt? i would send them mines, but i lost it somehow.

why dont u just pay for them? couldnt be much for what u need....
When i called Koni, needing 2 rear perch replacements since the shop installing them, cut them
... i called, and the guy sent me 2 new perches, at no cost, etc... and i didnt have to verfiy anything. I told him that i bought them from Shox.com.(which i did).

the mounting pieces cost $30 without shipping. koni said they can replace them for free but i need to show a copy of my receipt. no one can help me out? i was just trying to save some money..

i dont think it matters what kind of koni shocks you have.. i think. please help me scan it into a picture and post it here for me SAMSON. koni just wants to make sure i have the shocks so they wont be sending me parts for no reason. thanks!
