Default "City Lights" vs. DRL's

what is the difference between my daytime running lights and city lights?

i know city lights look really amber/yellow, and they are located where the high beam is on accords.

where my DRL's are on all the time if i bought amber bulbs for them would i have city lights?

DRL uses your low beam at around 40-50% and city lights from the ones I've seen on JDM cars are like DRL but uses small 168 wedge bulbs. Some JDM cars do not use corner parking lights like we do. Instead they have city lights/168 in the low beam housing area that acts like parking/DRL.
