CAI diameter

hi.. i was wondering how big the diameter of the 98 accord i4 CAI is... i searched, but got nothing.. i know it's between 2.5" or 2.75"... thanx

hmmmmmmm manufactor & model would help. the stock accord doesnt come with a CAI.. different manufactors use different diameter piping.. (icemans vs. AEM v1 the icemen is wider)

sorry.. it's for the AEM CAI v1....

Most of the time they're 3"...that's almost a standard thing for any CAI. Not saying ALL of them are....but most.

it is most likely 2.5 inches.

the 97+ lude and teg type-r are the only 3 inch ones. B series vtec ares 2.75 along with 92-96 vtec lude ones. all the rest that are 4 cyls are 2.5 inches.
