Newb...can I get a clue?
Ok...I'm new to Hondas for the most part. bought a completely stock 91 Accord EX (that way I know exactly what mods are made)...was gonna buy a 91 CRX with a VTEC swap done...but I'm a cheapo. 
So what's the deal with the generations? where do they start and end? And does anyone have advice on the first mod I should go for? Keep in mind...slightly poor college boy here!

Welcome to the board.
If you go to the DIY section there are a lot of mods that can be done on a budget. As for first mod CA is usually a good first mod since its easy and noticeable.

n the CAI for the first mod maybe some blcked out headlights or painted sidemoldings there's alot of good diy projects for people on a budget like me and you too bad i dont have my car with me here in japan
