Default Signal lights and OEM dimmer on 5th gen Accord...?

Does the OEM dimmer needs to be connected for the signal lights to work?

K, thanks, I never thought about the hazard light as at this moment the interior of my car is almost entirely stripped. I literally used my arm out the moon-roof to signal my lane change and turns...

the hazard needs to be attached to get signals, and the dimmer switch needs to be attached to get any interior lights, but the signals will work without the dimmer switch, might as well keep em both in there in case you have to drive at night, so you know how fast you're going, heh.
