imo i think the CL might win cause it has a HP advantage but the new 04' maxima now has 265 so you never know.

 

Close call. Assuming the Maxima is also an auto they will be pretty close. Depends on which car is in what gear and the driver. But if you are talking about the car itself, the Acura is a much better car than the Maxima. I like Maximas but they are cheap inside and not as quality as a TL.
