the car of the week.. how he has just his high beams on with the yellow bulbs? i want to get yellow bulbs for my high beams and run them only at times ..or any other suggestions?

probably a canadian accord... they had daytime running lights, which used the high beams and power them at a lower voltage to extend the bulb life.
you can add a daytime running light kit to your car... and get the same effect.
