just got my car and the hid's are two different colors. one looks a bit blue and one looks a bit white. the left side was hit and new headlight assembly and a D2S bulb were bought. is this the right bulb? or is it D2R? or is there a special headlight assembly for HID on the tl? im not sure of what it is, but can someone help me out cuz two differnet hid's looks real stupid.

suposed to be D2R bulbs in there... you'll never match the right side unless you buy a pair of new bulbs... they change color over time, so you'll never match a new bulb to an old one.

You'll want to look for Osram D2R bulbs... thats what the car came with from the factory.
