the stock psi that the kit runs should be safe. make sure you have all the fuel tuning done, that will make it safer.

i had to buy a custom actuator because the kit i bought it from didnt come with one. i also bought a manual boost controller, and im slowly uping the boost, so do you think that 7psi will be safe?

i have no personal experience but from what i know with proper fuel tuning 7psi should not be a problem.

Are you intercooled? If not, don't go above the stock boost level.

with proper fuel tuning & ic, you should be good on 8psi+ daily.

do you guys know anything about O2 and timing readings? because when i was moving from 5.5-6psi, my O2 went from 95volts (stock) to 89, and my timing went from 17-25 degrees (stock) to around 16 constant. is this bad?

It means your motor is running a richer fuel mixture and retarding the timing to compensate for the obost and prevent detonation.

Do you have the larger fuel injectors and "black box" that came with the GReddy kit?

yeah i have 310cc injectors and the blue box that came with kit. i think ill be ok, but just worried about the numbers i got from the data logger i was using to tune. so do you think those numbers are ok to boost to 7 psi?
