So yeah... my b-days today, I cut out of work early to meet my girl and head out for a weekend in manhattan.

So driving home through the city somekid thinks it would be a good idea to just turn into me. He was making a left hand turn in the right hand lane. I was in the right hand lane.... needless to say this is the aftermath.

Luckily nobody was hurt... just plain sucks though. At least I'm fully covered and can get some new stuff out of it. The pics shows the majority of the damage...fender pushed under the hood... bumber trashed, wheel bent in a good amount. I had to pry the fender back up to drive it home. He pushed me up over a curb also so my Thermal Exhaust has a nice crimp in it.

Ouch. I would have been very ticked off. I really like the color of your teg. I am currently working in a red 94 teg rs as a project. It has 135k miles. But hopefully when I am done most of the engine will be new.

 

Oy. At least no one was hurt.

Thanks guys, and yes... definitely lucky nobody was hurt. I won't hear back from the other guys insurance company until Monday afternoon so hopefully it will all work out quickly without any major hassles. Just sucks with all the shows cruises happening this time of year.

 

I live in Omaha and I just saw a Teg get hit also..
Saddest thing I've seen... poor teg
