Help with headlights Please

My headlight lenses are getting condensation and water in them....Can I replace the lenses or do I have to replace the whole headlight assembly? Or another possibility how to fix it? Thanks for your help in advance.

Take out your headlights and drill a small hole in them bottom and let them air out overnight. Or you could bake the headlights and then reseal seal them with some silicon.
