supsup. i got a 92ex accord coupe 5spd that i am trying to sell to get a TL or CL ..


i wanna get the TL cuz i love the 4 door. but i wanna get the CL cuz it has the 6spd TRANNy and is gonna be discountiued soon. .


can i take the CL tranny (six speed) and drop it in a TL ? or is there anyway to get the TL to manual conversion!?


i am gonna go check out some 00-03 tl's. . any idea what i should expect as far a price range, any tips to get the dealer to lower the price!?

its gonna be hard to find a 6-speed tranny for a swap since they are kinda rare since they were only produced for the 2003 model

any yeah if the tranny swap is expensive and it's gonna be a prob then scratch that it's auto for me :-D

 

There's a good chance that the 2004 TL (due this Fall) will have a 6 speed and AWD.

 

I think the cost of converting it will not be worth the hassle & $$.

I love the way the TL looks, not a big of a fan of the CL, but that 6speed Tranny really performs.

do they make SC (superchargers) for the TL!?:naughty:

 

as far as i know, the whole AWD and 6-speed is pure speculation

comptech makes a supercharger for the tl
