I have a 98 Honda Accord,

and I just got triple projectors and want to sell my cleared out headlights that I did myself...

It has no leaks and kept really clean.

So what is a fair price that I should ask for my cleared out headlights?

heh, you MIGHT want to hold on to your headlights. once you've driven a few nights with your blindfold headlamps, you just might found yourself selling the triple-beam and reinstalling your stock headlamps. unless you prefer fashion over function.
