Default 2003 civic 4dr 1.7 L Running lean

car came in with severe misfire code (cel blinking), my co technician change the following not knowing that the misfire actually happens intermittently>>>:

with the following parts installed (car keeps coming back)

spark plugs, 4 coil on plugs, new fuel pump (identifix recommendation), cleaned egr and passages.

with all those replaced, i got a chance to look at the car today and i noticed it was running lean with LT fuel trim at +10 to 14%. sho rt term at 10% + side.

anyway, manager let go of the car but i know for a fact its gonna comeback again.

guys got any ideas??? o yeah , tech smoked the intake and no leaks there, no vacuum leak.

check the fuel filter, clean the injectors with that gas treatment crap, and check your 02 sensors. Also check for a dirty air filter. Then reset the ECU by disconnecting your battery for 3 minutes. Also check the crank sensor if you can, as well as the VTEC solenoid.
