Default Installed CAI...snapped a bolt...now what?

OK I just got finished installing an AEM CAI on my GSR. The installation was pretty simple, however I had to remove the coolant resevoir. When I did I also had totake out the brace it holds onto and when undoing the bolt I snapped the head off. What can I do to secure the coolant resevoir and what can I do about the screw?

Oh I love the CAI btw! I notice a slight difference when I hit VTEC...but that is on my butt dyno and I am not sure how accurate that is!

Use an easy out to pull it out and then just get a new bolt and everything should be good to go.

What is it and where can I get it? I will probably get it tomorrow.

Thanks!!

Just wondering why you had to remove the coolant resorvoir bracket? I didn't have to with my GS, but maybe the GSR is different? Wouldn't you just slide the coolant reservoir up, and set it aside?

But to try and help your situation: http://www.geocities.com/motorcity/d...7/easyout.html

I would try a tooling supply shop like Do-All, or Tool & Cutter Supply. Hell, maybe even Home Depot carries these?

Good luck!

I removed the resevoir first but when doing the install the bracket was getting in the way of the arm that attaches to the body...I could not turn the CAI with the bracket there.

I am going to check out the links...thanks!
