Need Help With Turn Signal Bulbs!!!
ever since i swapped my stock front for the jdm front, my turn signals dont light up so bright any more?!?! im not sure if its because i have my side markers now or maybe my bulbs just suck, who knows? i was wondering if there are any bulbs out there that are super bright for your turn signal??? right now when i have my blinkers on, people in front of me wait because they cant even see them on!!! this sucks! please help me out! thanks everyone!
as far as i know, all my wires are properly connected....if thats what your talking about! im gonna mess around with them this weekend when i have some free time.....any suggestions or ideas would be great! or even the name of a really good bulb company. how about polarg? are those good or just expensive for the name?!?! thanks again
I have polarg amber 1157 dual filaments. I had them when i was into my clear corners, but now they're just behind the stock amber turn signals. I have an adjustable blinker thingie, so sometimes i blink them super fast, but mostly slower than stock, but they've lasted me more than a good year and a half, not to mention my alarm is hooked up to my parking lights, so they blink each time i get in and out of my car. they havent burned out, and they're pretty bright.
as for your lights not being so bright, i remember when people used to cut the grounds to their turn signals, just so they would blink faster, but at the cost of them not being too bright. dont kno if that helps but good luck

ill check my wiring this weekend because mine blink fast and im pretty sure that they do because the ground wire. ill let you know how it turns out. im also gonna go buy the polarg bulbs! thanks alot!
no problem, man.
the cutting of the ground wire only provides enough current (or something, sorry i'm not a very good electrician) for the smaller of the two filaments, thats why they still light up, but at a much lower intensity. once again, good luck
