JDM Headlight questions
My friend bought a JDM HID headlight housing
It is just the housing
now what else does he need to make it work?
And you use any HID kit for it?
Thanks for your help

he will need an hid kit to get the hid's to work, at least that is to my understanding.
Just a question, does your friend already have the jdm-front klip to put on the headlights, or did he just buy the headlights themself?

yo, I have the solution to your problem, just use aftermarket Ballasts, like the Philips one, should only cost you like 300 bucks.
I run the same thing on my 96 GSR w/ 98 spec type R headlights, works perfect.
you can buy the 9006 male connectors at www.suvlights.com crimp the other side of the Philips ballast connectors, change the headlight fuses to 20amps then plug and play.
