Default Buying a 92 Integra LS

I plan on buying a 92 Integra LS. The car has over 100,000 miles, but a engine swap has been done, with some work done to the engine. The engine has less than 30k on it. It is a 1.8 engine, with 1.6 head that have been ported and polished, and knife edged from what I have been told. The engine that was swapped was from a 5 speed LS Vtec. The car was an auto before the swap. Big disc brakes, lowered apx 2", intake, and other mods. I am posting to ask to see what I should look for to make sure I am not buying something that might fail soon. Gimme some pointers and quick reference places I should look for leaks, rust, or other blemishes that might happen after 100k on the body, or on a engine swap.

Thanks alot, and once I do get the car if it is clean, I'll post some pics.

Thanks for your help,
92 Integra LS
