Default Rear Disc Conversion for 95 ex coupe

Hey Im planning on buying my friends canadian 95si (ex coupe) off him. He said the rear drums need to be replaced, i figure instead of just buying new drums I could just goto a junkyard and find a 94-01 RS teg and just strip that of parts to do a rear disc conversion. Im just unclear about a couple things. I wanna buy some slotted/drilled rotors to replace the old ones front/back plus ceramic pads. My question is, I know the rears would be fine, but would the caliper / rotor combination work on the front? Im reading for the most part that all of the brake parts are interchangeable between the two cars, but I wanna be sure before I go ahead and purchase everything.

Basically i just wanna go ahead and buy rotors/pads for a 94-01 RS Teg. And everything will bolt right onto front/back and lug pattern match up, as well as the front calipers from the original car, will match up. Correct?
