So I have this meeting coming up....one of the members can not make it because he was in a horrible motorcycle accident. He is revered among us and we would like to set up a video chat/conference thing so that he and anyone else who can not attend could log in and be a part of our national meeting.

Now, I have laptops with the necessary hardware, the question I wanted to pose to yall is where is a good and reliable place to get this hosted? Im not lazy, I would google but I wanted something someone had used before and had good luck with. Its important.

I've been running meetings through webex for about 5 years now, no problems at all. but it's a premium service ie you pay for it. Used video a couple times

 

Skype works great.
