I just used a 3M headlight restoration kit on my 01 civic to polish the headlights. It came out very well but I think I polished off a good amount of the lens to get it smooth again. Do I need to worry about the lights turning yellow from UV rays? If so can I buy some kind of headlight clear-coat UV protectant somewhere to coat the lenses?

 

no you dont need to do that, the headlight will be perfectly fine
