I on the freeway and I felt my motor have a hesitation. The RPM gage kept jumping all around for a few seconds and then went back to normal. The motor has done this before and it has seem that it wants to come to a stop but then I get power back and everything is back to normal. The check engine light sometimes comes one when I have my car at high RPMs but when I turn it off and restart the engine, the check engine light doesn't come back on.

I recently changed the fuel filter and main relay thinking that it would fix the issue..
