I have a 1995 civic that has a redneck wiring jod in the engine bay. So I put a ZC SOHC motor in and now I have to hook everything up and redo some of the wiring. Does anybody have an idea where I can get a diagram of something that will help me?

 

Check out the Haynes repair manual. I noticed some type of wiring diagram towards the back of the manual.

I've also seen companies that sell wire harness (rywire.com, inlinefour.com, jhpusa.com, etc.).
