How old are you? I think the TL might be the wrong car for you. Since you just got your permit, I think you should get some driving experience before trying to make your car go faster with NOS and stuff. But to answer your questions:

If you want info on NOS, go to their website. There isn't a kit made specifically for the TL, but you can use their general kit.

Comptech intake is same as their icebox. Go check it out at www.comptechusa.com.

There's currently no intake manifold for the TL.

Exhaust manifold aka Headers. Again, go to Comptech's website for more info.

High flo cats, Random Technology.

Exhaust, you can try Greddy/Mugen/Apexi.

No chips available to make the tranny shift faster.

Again, if you like to do mods, you might want to start off on a Civic/Integra/RSX since those cars have way more aftermarket parts support.

better to drive it for a while and then modify it. that way you will know exactly what you want to modify. You may find that you want to improve handling ie. coilovers and braking before changing the powerband on an already powerful engine. also i dont see improved tires in your list, and tires are the most important performance upgrade. Also, the automatic transmission on the tl-s shifts in .9 seconds, why waste upgrade dollars in chipping out an already class leading tranny. Sometimes more subtle modifications will provide more driving satisfaction. The tl-s is a great car, but a little on the heavy end of the spectrum for a sports sedan. Maybe performance bushings and a larger diameter rear sway bar, and the same treatment on the front would give better results.

First you need to drive a 1976 Jeep Cherokee for a couple years, then a 1989 Toyota 1/2 ton pickup, followed by a 1990 Honda Accord for about 7 years. THEN when you have earned your way, you may be priviledged to drive a new Acura.

Before you just start throwing mods on a car straight out of TFTF learn about your car. If your parents are going to buy you a TL, possibly a TL-S as a teen you need to learn to drive first...trust me you may be able to operate a car but that does not mean you know how to properly drive one.

Someone please help the future of America.

Safety should be your #1 concern, not NOS.
