anything over 200-225 would be pushing it.

well i wna throw on a cat less 2.25-2.5'' exhaust, ud pulleys,header, and already have the cai. how much hp do u think id gain form that

you'll be fine with that. figure tops 20-25 hp gains at the crank and around tops 10 hp at the wheels...depending on the model car...

yeah those are minimal gains with those bolt ons.
