My neighbor had some solar panels installed and her bill was just under $39.00. What was your like for March?

The "average temperature" of my apartment as quoted on my Peugot Sound Energy bill was 43 degrees Farenheit... heh... this with 4 computers on 24/7... fortunately it was an upstairs apartment and neighbors below and to the side had little kids & had the heat up pretty high, so we didn't have to use ours at all...
