Default hyperwhite replacement headlight bulbs

Since my OEM bulbs suck ass and i just installed some new hyperwhite driving lights, these racing R hyperwhite headlight bulbs grabbed my interest: http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.asp?row_id=5976

Can i just take these hyperwhite bulbs and replace my stock ones without any other mods? Are the hyperwhite bulbs safe to put into stock headlights?

They just are, take advice from people who have been there. You are putting out dimmer light with blue bulbs, less effective at night and useless in the rain.

Well, i also just bought some catz msx hyperwhite driving lights to remedy the sucky headlight problem at night. I havn't installed them yet but ive seen them on a friends car and they are bright as hell at night. It has an 85 watt hyper bulb that makes 130 watts. Are you saying these lights are gonna suck? Cuz i know first hand they don't...
