so i get this thing in the mail about protective life insurance......
that the app wasnt completely filled out
called the finance guy at the honda dealer who had no idea. and that there rep comes in once a month so he'll ask him.
i just called the life insurance company and they stated your finance guy would need to add this on top of ur car loan for them to receive an application
calling the finance guy back in the few to rip him a new one

any suggestions of legal actions?

I wouldn't buy life insurance through a Honda dealership.

 

i got offered life insurance as well. i dont understand why they do that. be nice if they had offered GAP insurance.

the first time we sat down with the finance dude. he stacked on a warranty coverage despite the fact we told him we got the car as a CPO and thats all we wanted.. this ahole i know purposely sped thru all the documents and i know its my fault not to read each line we signed...
so instead of waiting for this finance guy to correct our invoice, the used car sale mgr felt bad for us sitting around and decided to write it up himself.
he shredded the original one and printed up a new one with out the extended warranty but we overlooked another line about life insurance..........
this occurred like in the 3rd hour we were there.......

im dropping off the Si this weekend to hopefully have them fix 3rd w/o a hassle and to finish off the CPO inspection since the car wasnt originally a certified..

im not buying another car for a while man... this shit drives ya :loco:
