OK all in fun but you raise an interesting point...if the roles were reversed and the black guy was a black supremacist and the white guy killed him what would the headlines read then?
would it then be instantly a hate crime?

I hate the term "hate crime"...most ridiculous shit ever. if I get in a fight with a guy, and while I'm punching him in the face I call him a "************"...and he turns out to be gay...would it then be considered a hate crime?
