Help me with my ugly ass interior...please!
As my handy-dandy username indicates, I own a 95 Civic EX VTEC. Although it's a 4 Dr. Sedan, I'm still going to trick it out with a full body kit, lower it, add a spoiler, tinting, and eventually some rims. I just bought this car today. Its used with about 120k miles, but the owner kept the interior and exterior in mint condition. The exterior is white, which is fine with me. The only problem is that my interior is disgusting. It's very brown...something like a fogie or poo-brown.
What can I do to solve this problem? Paint some of the removable interior pieces? Paint all of the vinyl? Paint the carpet and seats, or just remove them and replace them? Get new door panels? Anyway, I'm thinking that I want a simple black and gray interior. What would be the cheapest way to do this?

We have the exact same car, except for mine is a 94 :chuckles:. I really, really don't know what to do man. I was thinking about it myself. You could get the beige seats out of a GSR and use those, that shouldn't look all to bad. I personally, really wouldn't do any painting of my interior at all, I can't even think of a color that would look good. I'd re-wrap the cloth with vinyl as well, but what damn color :dunno:?

Only problem is no 5th gen sedan came in with a black interior. You would be left with beige door panels and beige carpeting.

Like Outxider said, paint the vinyl black and use adhesion promotor. They have cans of adhesion promotor at auto parts stores for like $4. You can buy black carpeting, but I'm not sure where. I've seen ads for colored carpeting in my super street mag.
There's 5th gen sedans that came with a grey interior. Not as cool as black, but better than the poo-brown. I've just learned to live with the interior because it is cool to the touch on hot days
Well You can paint it yourself, but to be honest I think you should leave it alone. Get some tan racing seats and a dash trim kit like in cf or silver. I did mine all and it looks really good but Id wish I had left it alone. These are my old pics its not as blue its now all black with blue accents.
i was lucky to have a grey interior.
