load it on imagestation....in the reply box there is a IMG button. Click it and it will bring up a new window. Then you just put the URL of the pic from where you have it stored on imagestation and then click ok. It will enter a caption, just hit OK and it'll post it up.

pat, type [img]link here[/img] just dont forget to delete the .org.jpg off the end of the link if you use imagestation
