try www.autotrader.com but try and get a 96 or 97 since they only made like 8000 in 96 and like 5000 in 97 unlike 93 that thy made like 74000 cars and in those later years they got rid of the front fog lights that kept burning out, got OBDII and fixed the leaking roof

Just my $.02... Go for 93-94-95 instead of the later years. OBDII, as everyone knows, is slightly harder to tune than OBDI - which is why lots of people swap over to ODBI when they go turbo, do lots of mods, etc. etc.
The auxiliary lights burning out ... not an issue. If you do a search here on the board, you'll notice that you find...nothing. Seriously, out of allllll the people I've talked to, no one has complained about frequent aux light problems.
Lastly, leaking roof seals isn't a big enough issue to choose the 96-97 years. The seals are easy to recondition with silicone sealant if they're not totally shot, and if they are it's still really easy to replace.

As for this particular car... is it an S or Si? The lack of sanding before paiting could be bad, and an indicator ...or it could be a cheap-ass Maaco paint job. I would take it to a good mechanic you trust, to check it out more thoroughly. But consider how hideous the paint job is, I would ask for lower than $3000, esp. given the age. The car's ten years old, with over 100K on it... the guy can't ask for much, especially since it looks like a rotting banana. Lastly: make sure ALL the maintainance has been done religiously. That should tell you how much the previous owner has cared about it. Good luck!
