ummmm since your probably new i'll be nice. you cant swap a S2000 engine into your accord. the S2000 engine is unique. it is the only rear-drive car honda makes besides the NSX and that is a mid-engine car. dont get me wrong if you have tons of money to spend and find a very good mechanic then anything is possible but realistically you cant do it.

The S2000 is a FR layout. The engine is not in the middle.

The Accord is a FF car. Front engine/front wheel drive. It will fit, but you would buy a S2000 for the cost.

well

no one mentioned the fact that the f20c also rotates in the opposite direction as almost every other honda engine (cept for K series).

So then would it be possible to mate the F20C with the F22b1 tranny?? I know the tranny would have to be rebuilt.

not likely sonce as far as i know the engine rotates the wrong way so you would have 5 speeds in reverse and one in forward....least that is way i think it would work.

So then what if you rotate the starter so it spins the otherway.

i somehow suspect that you will be in the middle of an engineering nightmare....think about everything that counts on teh engine rotating one way...such as the ecu, sensors in teh distributor and block and so on.
with an f20c, K or J series you eitehr go rear wheel drive or have the tranny on the driver side.
