is you car an auto or 5 spd doe the idle flux when you are stopped and on you brake, could it be your a/c is on. when does it happen? does it do it all the time? when its cold?
how fast does it surge? vacuum leak is the first thing that comes to my head. but if your coolant is low, air pockets could be going through the fast idle valve causing it.
