a year ago i payed 21600 or 21900 cant remember which. my father found out what the dealers got it for and made them an offer. they obviously took it.

 

It's going to depend on the market in your area. If the dealer can't keep them on the lot look at prices to be close to the MSRP, if there are a few on the lot you will have room to bargain.
We got ours just before the release date on 7 July 2001 (1st one off the lot) and paid MSRP, but the dealer made our first payment (-$400) and then we also got a check back from HondaFinance another (-$400) so we ended up paying 22,850 just prior to the release date. But we had already leased 2 GSR's and our son's GSR from the same dealer.
