Default Just bought a new car, but it won't start... Help?

The car has been broken into a few times and they jackd up the alarm. The car also came with a b16a3 from a 96 del sol. I rewired the alarm and got it to turn on and off and also got it to pop the doors. There are a few extra wires that I can't figure out tho.

Anyway, when i push the clutch in and turn the key, it just makes ONE click and the instrument panel lights go out until I let go of the key. THe battery is prolly dead but I had another car charging it while I tried to start the car.

Anyone know what might be the problem? IT just clicks once and it sounds like a relay or something. Could it just be a mis wired relay like a starter kill or something from the alarm? Anyway I can hot wire the car from the engine bay? Like run a wire from the starter to the battery or something. I thikn there is a way to start the car that way rite? Or I guess I can always try a push start rite?

Any ideas?

sounds like something went wrong with the wiring for the alarm and the kill switch.

Update...

I got a new battery...

I got the starter to spin. When I turn the key to start the motor, I can hear the starter spinning now. Does that mean I need a new starter? It makes no more ticking/clicking sound. I dont' hear anything else either other than something in the engine bay spinning...

Help please, I need to get this car up and running in like 8 days....

yes it may be the starter if the battery is new. Are you sure the alarm is not screwing things up. Disconnect the alarm and see. Then if it still doesn't start, it's probably the starter.
